Noilly Prat Original Dry.
Produced in Marseillan, in the South of France, by the same methods since it was first created in 1813 by Louis Noilly.
This unique process is based on the ageing in oak casks, in the open air, of white wines infused with a blend of 20 herbs and spices. Noilly Prat is the distinctive aperitif for the fine wine and food lover, and is used to enhance the recipes.
Noilly Prat is often used in cocktails, the most common and well-known of which is probably the martini, consisting of one part Noilly Prat to one part gin, with a dash of orange bitters.
